Welcome!

I am a first year Ph.D student of Political Science at the University of California, Davis. I study International Relations, and my research broadly focuses on the ways bilateral/multilateral agreements, defense cooperation, and diaspora politics impacts civil conflicts and peace resolutions.

I received my B.S. in Communications and Political Science at the University of California, Davis and a M.A. in Political Science at California State University, Los Angeles. My thesis examined the role of right-wing populist leaders in the United States and Hungary and how they impact religious individuals' voter turnout. I examined Donald J. Trump and Viktor Orbán's use of populist tactics such as paranoia and strongman style when discussing social & economic issues.

Since 2019, I serve as the Executive Director at Assyrian Studies Association, a nonprofit that promotes the academic study of the Assyrian heritage through supporting research, teaching, and intellectual collaboration among scholars in fields. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, being outdoors, and creating art.
